ロアーズオリジナルご自慢のオリジナルで製作したリップストップパンチングメッシュ生地は現在、シャツやパンツなど展開しています。
毎度恐縮ですがリップストップパンチングメッシュを今一度説明させてください。
生地はリップストップです。
この生地の名前を知っている方も多いかも知れません。こちらは格子状に硬く撚った糸を使い強度を持たせた生地です。ミリタリーのアイテムによく使われる生地です。
夏に薄くて強度のある生地は嬉しいです。
そしてパンチングメッシュ。
そうです、パンチングメッシュとは無数に空いている小さい穴の事です。
パンチングメッシュ加工する事によりビュンビュン風を通す、か・な・り・涼しい生地になりました。
その二つの融合させたリップストップ生地のパンチングメッシュです。
強度と涼しさを兼ね揃えているなんて夏のバイカーにとって理想的な生地です。
デザインはシンプルなロングT-シャツのようなデザインです。
こんなシンプルなロングT-シャツがメッシュ生地でしかもプロテクターが装着出来たなら夏の最強アウターだったりして！？そんなコンセプトで作りました。
手を入れられるポケットが左右と胸にもポケットがあります。とても便利です。
そして、肘、肩、背中、胸とフルセットでプロテクターを装着可能です。
ロアーズオリジナルが採用しているプロテクターは競技用のメッシュプロテクターです。軽くて通気性が良く、素材に弾力性があります。
販売は、プロテクター有り（フルセット）と無しの2種類から選択出来ます。
こちらのジャケットはプロテクターをフルで装備してもとても軽いです。
夏のバイクは暑いから…なるべくウェアやプロテクターは涼しくて軽いのが嬉しいですね。
洗濯は可能です。プロテクターは外して頂き乾燥機は避けて自然乾燥でお願いします。
裏地はクールマックスのメッシュ生地を使っています。表地・裏地ダブルで
真夏向け素材なので気温20度以下の時はお勧め出来ないアウターです。
ツーリングで山の道などを走る場合は薄手のアウター持参をお勧めします。
カラーはブラックとホワイトの二色です。
どちらもとても良いです。
おぉっと大事な事を言い忘れるところでした。
このジャケット・・・なんと袖が外れて半袖仕様にする事が出来ます！
これがとても便利なのです。
バイクでの旅先で袖を外して軽くする事も出来ます、半袖にしてロンTとレイヤードする事も出来ます、胸と背中のプロテクターを付けてプロテクターベストのような使い方も出来ます、普段着に半袖シャツとしても使えます。
とても便利な機能です。
この夏、よく使うアイテムになりそうな予感です。

RIP STOP PUNCHING MESH CUT＆SEW from ROARS ORIGINAL
A new addition to the ROARS ORIGINAL lineup, this technical cut-and-sew piece is made from the brand’s original RIP STOP PUNCHING MESH fabric―now also used across shirts and pants. Engineered specifically for summer riding, the design prioritizes both durability and ventilation.
Design
The silhouette resembles a classic long-sleeve T-shirt, but the garment integrates advanced functionality. Pockets are included on both sides and on the chest for added utility. It is also compatible with a full set of protectors―shoulders, elbows, chest, and back―all designed for sports use. These protectors are made from breathable mesh material, offering both flexibility and ventilation.
The jacket is available in two versions:
With full set of protectors/Without protectors
Even when fully equipped, the piece remains lightweight and comfortable for summer wear.
Material
The base fabric is ripstop―a lightweight yet high-strength textile characterized by its grid-like pattern, commonly used in military garments. This is combined with a punching mesh process, which perforates the fabric with countless micro-holes, allowing for exceptional airflow. The result is a fabric that is both tear-resistant and extremely breathable, ideal for hot-weather riding.
The lining is made of Coolmax mesh fabric for moisture-wicking performance. Given its ultra-breathable design, this outerwear is not recommended for temperatures below 20°C. When touring through mountain areas or cooler zones, bringing an extra layer is advisable.
Washable after removing protectors. Avoid using a dryer; air-drying is recommended.
Colors
Available in two colors: Black and White. Both offer a clean, technical aesthetic.
Special Features
Detachable sleeves transform the item into a short-sleeve version, allowing multiple styling options
Can be used as a standalone short-sleeve top or layered over a long-sleeve T-shirt
Functions as a protective vest when used with only the chest and back protectors
