MOUNTAIN PARKA
The MOUNTAIN PARKA has been a long-running staple in the ROARS ORIGINAL lineup, with minor updates made over the years while maintaining its original concept and design.
It continues to be a favorite for transitional seasons - especially spring and autumn.
Designed as a lightweight outerwear piece for mild weather, the parka uses synthetic-blend fabrics that reduce internal humidity and discomfort.
Both the front and back yokes are structured with detached panels to function as ventilation zones - enhancing breathability without compromising coverage.
In short, this construction allows for exceptional comfort during warmer spring or autumn days.

Fabric
Black: A blend of modacrylic and nylon
Gray & Light Blue: A blend of cotton and nylon
These fabrics are not waterproof, but they avoid the stuffy feeling typical of coated waterproof materials.
While waterproof gear is often favored for riding, such fabrics can trap heat on warmer days.
This parka is ideal for sunny days with temperatures around 20-25°C, when breathability becomes more important than full waterproofing.
The interior is lined with Coolmax mesh - known for its moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties.

Functionality
Two large flap pockets with top entry, plus hand-entry access from the side
A stowable hood hidden inside the zippered collar
The hood is useful for light rain or everyday use but should be stored during high-speed rides to avoid flapping in the wind.

Protector Compatibility
Designed to accommodate a full set of protectors: elbows, shoulders, back, and chest.
The protectors used by ROARS ORIGINAL are made of flexible mesh - lightweight, breathable, and resilient ― originally developed for motorsport applications.
Customers can choose between a version with protectors (full set) or without.
Protectors are standardized across all ROARS garments and can be reused if already owned.
Machine washable after removing the protectors.
Avoid using a tumble dryer; air-drying is recommended.

Colors
Available in three colors:
Black - With a subtle gloss reminiscent of leather
Gray 9 A practical choice for sunny, hot days
Light Blue - A rare and refreshing color for mountain parkas; quietly recommended by the designer

Recommendation
This is a jacket that adapts to both warmer and cooler days, making it especially practical when it’s hard to decide what to wear for a spring or autumn ride.
It may very well be the most wearable outerwear across multiple seasons.
