ロアーズオリジナルからLIGHT RIDERS JACKETS（ライトライダースジャケット）の御紹介です。
「LIGHT（ライト）」とは「明るい、軽い」などで使われるLIGHTです。
他にないカラー展開や軽快さが嬉しいライダースジャケットです。

ライトライダースジャケットのレザーは牛革です。艶や張り感から馬革のように見えますが牛革です。一般的には硬い革の分類に入ると思います。1.3mmのレザーを使用しています。襟や肘などには0.8mmのレザーを使い分けて軽さを出しています。
始めは硬く感じるレザーですが使えば使うほど着易くなり雰囲気が増して行きます。

カラーはブラック・イエロー・ブルーグリーンの三色です。
ブラックは表面が輝いていて往年のアメリカのライダースジャケットを思い出される雰囲気があります。イエローのカラーは明る過ぎず暗過ぎずとても落ち着いた良い色をしています。そしてブルーグリーンはなんとも表現が難しい心惹かれる色をしています。
特にイエローとブルーグリーンは経年変化を楽しめます。色味もワントーン暗くなる傾向があり個人的にはとても好みな色に変化します。

このライトライダースジャケットが雨に当たった場合についてですがレザー自体は雨に濡れても問題はありません。
色に関しては中途半端な雨に当たり色むらが目立ってしまうのはイエローです。
オイルを塗り気にせず着ているうちに雨むらも自然に馴染みます。
雨が気になる方はブラックもしくはブルーグリーンがお勧めです。雨に当たっても色むらが目立ちにくいです。

背中にはアクションプリーツがあるので硬いレザーのわりにはバイクに乗る際の動きが良いです。
裏地はポリエステルツイルです。中綿を使用していないオールシーズンタイプです。
中綿入りではないので春・秋にも着用出来ます。

始めはレザーが硬く感じられるかも知れませんが頑張って馴染ませください（笑）。
ライトライダースジャケットを着ると早く自分のライダースジャケットに仕上げたくなり普段よりも多くバイクに乗ってしまう傾向があります。
この「自分好みのライダースジャケットに仕上る感覚」はメンズでお好きな人が多いのはないかと感じています。

Material
Made from cowhide leather.Despite its glossy surface and firm texture that resemble horsehide, this jacket uses durable cowhide.
Primary panels are crafted from 1.3mm thick leather, while areas like the collar and elbows use a lighter 0.8mm leather for improved comfort and reduced weight.Initially firm, the leather softens beautifully with use, developing character over time.

Colors
Available in three shades:
Black ― reminiscent of vintage American rider jackets with a deep, glossy finish.
Yellow ― a perfectly balanced shade, neither too bright nor too muted.
Blue-Green ― an irresistible, unique color that deepens and matures with wear.The Yellow and Blue-Green versions especially benefit from the patina that comes with use ― accumulating subtle stains and scratches that enhance the jacket’s rugged appeal.The colors naturally darken slightly over time, creating a deeply satisfying aging process.

Design
Action pleats at the back allow greater mobility while riding, even with the firmer leather. Lined with polyester twill.
No internal padding ― making it a versatile all-season piece, suitable for spring and autumn riding.
