ロアーズオリジナルから「LEATHER NECK WARMER / レザーネックウォーマー」のご紹介です。
ネックウォーマーを想像してみると暖かそうな生地が筒状になっている・・定番のネックウォーマーを想像してしまいます。
良いのだけど・・もうちょい恰好良くて思わず装着したくなるネックウォーマーはないものだろうか。。。という事でこちらのネックウォーマーを制作しました。
ネックウォーマーはもちろん防寒のためのアイテムですが折角なのでアクセサリー感覚でも楽しめたら嬉しいなと思いました。
表地は牛革です。肌のあたる部分はボア、サイドにはネックウォーマーの伸縮性を考えポリエステルのフライスを使用しています。（フライス部分には防風フィルムを使用し風の侵入を防いでいます）
サイドが伸びるのでファスナーを全開せずに頭から被れるのもとても便利です。（被るのがきつい場合はファスナーを三分の二くらい開けてから被ってみて下さい。）
こちらのナイロンネックウォーマーはヘルメットを被っていない時は鼻まですっぽり被れてマスク代わりにも使用出来ます。
中央の大きなファスナーが漫画のキャラクターになったような気分を味わえます（笑）
ジェットヘルメットなどにはこのまま顎紐で固定してしまうのもお勧めです。
フルフェイスなどにはネックウォーマーを折り返して首元の高さを調整してください。
ヘルメットの隙間からの風も防止出来るのでお勧めです。
僕のヘルメットは顎の部分に隙間が開いているので、ネックウォーマーの先端をその隙間に入れ込んで使用しています。
同じデザインで「NYLON NECK WARMER / ナイロンネックウォーマー」も発売中です。
レザーは重厚感がありナイロンには軽快さがあります。
どちらも捨てがたいですが個人的にはレザージャケットにレザーのネックウォーマーは迫力があり好みです。

LEATHER NECK WARMER

When I imagine a neck warmer, I imagine a tube of warm-looking fabric...the classic neck warmer.
But I wondered if there was a neck warmer that was a little more stylish and that I would want to wear without even thinking about it...and that's why I created this neck warmer.
Neck warmers are, of course, items for keeping warm, but I thought it would be nice if they could also be enjoyed as accessories.
The outer fabric is cowhide. The areas that come into contact with the skin are made of boa, and polyester rib knit is used on the sides to give the neck warmer some stretch. (Windproof film is used on the rib knit to prevent wind from entering.)
The sides are stretchy, so you can pull it on over your head without fully unzipping, which is very convenient.
This leather neck warmer can be worn over your nose when not wearing a helmet, and can also be used as a mask.
The large central zipper makes you feel like a cartoon character (lol).
We also recommend securing it with the chin strap when wearing a jet helmet.
For full-face helmets, fold the neck warmer over to adjust the height around your neck.
This is also recommended as it helps block wind from entering through gaps in the helmet.

Leather has a heavy feel, while nylon is light and airy.
While it's hard to choose between the two, I personally prefer the bold look of a leather neck warmer with a leather jacket.Please consider it!
