ロアーズオリジナルから「LEATHER CAP/ レザーキャップ」のご紹介です。
レザーのキャップというと・・・
大人の、渋い、ジェントルマンみたいな印象を持つのは僕だけでしょうか？
もちろんそのようなレザーキャップも恰好良いのですが、あえてレザーキャップにポップさを加えたら面白いのではと思ってしまいました。
そこでロアーズオリジナルが考えたレザーキャップはツバを短くしてトップに丸みのあるデザインです。
それによりレザーのハードさにポップさが混じり、渋さと使い易さが両立しました。
レザーは暑さ1.3㎜の牛革です。裏地はポリエステルツイルです。
使用している牛革はライダースジャケットの「'06」や「'08 BASIC」で使用している
水染めの牛革です。顔料を使っていない染料の牛革です。
柔らかく使い易さに定評があります。
この柔らかさのお陰でバイク移動時にはコンパクトに収納が出来ます。
とても便利です。
手洗いであれば洗濯も可能です。
ここでポイントが一つだけあります、レザーが乾ききる前にオイルで保湿をお願いします。そうして頂くとレザーの柔らかさが保てます。
レザーのメンテナンスはレザーアイテムの頻度が少なくなる暖かい時期にオイルで保湿をお願いします。レザーの柔らかさや色合いを安定させてくれます。
もし、すっかり忘れてレザーが変色してしまった場合は諦める前にロアーズオリジナルにご一報ください。
今は色々な方法でレザーを復活させる事が出来るのでご相談させてください。
一つ言い忘れました。
今回のレザーキャップのサイズ調節ベルト・・・格好良くないですか？
「FIDLOCK（フィドロック）」と言うドイツのバックルを使っています。
磁石式で使い易いです。
レザーキャップにとても似合っているし、どこかのタイミングで使ってみたいと温めていたバックルだったので個人的にめちゃ嬉しいです（笑）。
レザーのキャップはレザーハット同様に世の中で頻?に見るものではありませんが、意外や意外、とても使いやすいです。
レザージャケットに合わせるも良し、カジュアルな格好にワンポイントで合わせるも良し、
とても楽しいです。

When I think of leather caps...
Am I the only one who thinks of a sophisticated, gentlemanly image?
Of course, leather caps are stylish, but I thought it would be interesting to add a pop element to a leather cap.
So, ROARS ORIGINAL came up with a leather cap with a short brim and a rounded top.
This blends the hardness of the leather with a pop element, achieving both sophistication and ease of use.
The leather is 1.3mm thick cowhide. The lining is polyester twill.
The cowhide used is the same water-dyed cowhide used in our "'06" and "'08 BASIC" rider's jackets. It is dyed without using pigments.
It is renowned for its softness and ease of use.
Thanks to its softness, it can be stored compactly when traveling by motorcycle.
It is very convenient.
It can also be washed by hand. There's just one important point here: moisturize the leather with oil before it dries out completely. This will help maintain its softness.
For leather maintenance, moisturize with oil during the warmer months when leather items are worn less frequently. This will help maintain the leather's softness and color.
If you completely forget and the leather has discolored, please contact Roars Original before giving up.
There are now a variety of methods available to restore leather, so please let us know if you need help.
I forgot to mention one thing. The size adjustment strap for this leather cap...isn't it cool? It uses a German buckle called "FIDLOCK." It's magnetic and easy to use. It suits the leather cap really well, and it's a buckle I'd been meaning to try at some point, so I'm personally very happy (lol).
Like leather hats, leather caps are not something you see very often, but surprisingly, they're actually very easy to use. You can pair it with a leather jacket or add it as an accent to a casual outfit. It's so much fun. Please give it a try.
