Concept
“FANCTION” derives from the word function.
At first glance, this jacket gives off an unmistakably functional look―almost exaggerated, but that is precisely what makes it striking.
With a presence reminiscent of special forces gear, it is a piece that elevates the rider’s spirit when worn.

Materials
The jacket is crafted from a three-layer nylon fabric composed of: Outer nylon shell
Bonded windproof and waterproof film
Polyester mesh lining with protector pockets
The outer fabric has water-repellent properties, while the waterproof zippers serve as both a functional and design highlight. Please note, however, that as the seams are not sealed, the jacket is not completely waterproof.

Collar and Hood
The tall collar design enhances the overall look while providing practical weather protection.
It fits snugly around the neck to block wind and rain but is soft enough to compress comfortably under a helmet. A stowable hood is concealed within the collar, suitable for light rain or as a fashion accent.
For high-speed riding, it is recommended to keep the hood tucked away to avoid flapping.

Protector Compatibility
The jacket can be equipped with protectors for the elbows, shoulders, back, and chest.
ROARS ORIGINAL uses the same lightweight, elastic mesh protectors across all its items, ensuring reliable shock absorption and consistent usability.
Customers may select the jacket with or without protectors at the time of purchase.
Those who already own ROARS ORIGINAL protectors can reuse them with this jacket.

Fit and Comfort
The sizing is intentionally generous, allowing riders to layer inner garments for use in colder seasons.
The lack of built-in insulation (no padding or down) makes the jacket versatile across spring, autumn, and winter by adjusting inner layers accordingly.

Colors
Black: Monotone with black waterproof zippers, enhancing the tactical, special-forces impression.
Orange: Inspired by rescue teams, adding a bold and eye-catching option.
Gray: Newly introduced in 2025, with a subtle green tint. Recommended for those who already own a black jacket and seek a fresh alternative.
