こ、これはすごいですね〜
考えた自分もビックリです（笑）。
こちらのパンツは10年くらい前に一度作って発売したことがあります。
作る工程が面倒でもう二度と作らないと決めていましたがまた作ってしまいました。
なぜそんな面倒なパンツをまた作ってしまったのか？
それはやはりクラッシュしたデニムパンツから革パンが覗いていたらカッコイイと思ったからです。やっぱりカッコイイです。かっこよすぎです。
どんな構造になっているかというと・・・クラッシュされたデニムパンツの中にレザーが隠れています。重ね着しているのではありません、一本のパンツです。
レザーは前身頃だけにあります、裏地も付いていますので前身頃がデニム＋レザー＋裏地の三枚の状態です。後ろ見頃はデニム一枚です。
ちょっとわけわからないですよね、すみません（笑）
製作工程はわざわざいう事ではありませんが今回は言わせてください（笑）。
まずデニムパンツを作ります、そして、USED加工をします。
そのデニムパンツにクラッシュ加工をします。
そのクラッシュされたデニムパンツを分解します。
分解されたデニムパンツと裁断されたレザーを合体させて縫製します。
かなり工程が面倒ですよね。作ってくれる外注工場さんはないので自社制作しました。

膝部分にプロテクターも装着出来ます。
プロテクターはメッシュタイプの軽量なプロテクターを採用しています。
競技用のプロテクターなので弾力性があり安心感があります。
プロテクターはパンツ購入時に有・無をお選び頂けます。ロアーズオリジナルでは全アイテム、同じプロテクターを使っているので以前購入された方はお持ちのプロテクターを使って頂けます。
デニム地はコットン100％、レザーは牛革、裏地はポリエステルのメッシュです。
洗濯はどうなるの？
ご安心ください、まるごと洗濯出来ます。レザーが痛むので乾燥機は避けて自然乾燥をお願いします。ここでポイントが一つだけあります、レザーが乾ききる前にオイルで保湿をお願いします。クラッシュしたデニムの穴から手を入れてレザー全体に塗布してください。そうして頂くとレザーが長持ちします。

パンツのカラーはライトブルーデニムとブラックデニムのみです。レザーは共にブラックです。
元々はライトブルーにブラックレザーから始まりました。１０年前に発売した時もこの一色のみでした。破れたブルーデニムから覗くブラックレザーが何ともカッコイイです。
よってブラックは新色になります。
以前から作ってみたかったブラックデニムにブラックレザーです。
こんなに凶器なデザインなのに黒に黒なので目立ち難いというのがさらにクールです。
バイクに跨った時の膝部分がめちゃめちゃカッコイイのです！

A distinctive design combining distressed denim and leather in a single integrated piece.
Originally released over a decade ago, this model was once considered too complex to reproduce due to the labor-intensive construction process. However, it has been reintroduced in response to the enduring appeal of leather showing through torn denim.
Structure and Construction
This is not a layered garment. The front panel is composed of three layers: distressed denim on the outside, cowhide leather beneath, and a polyester mesh lining on the interior. The back panel is single-layer denim.
The production process involves several steps:
Creating the denim pants base
Applying used-wash treatment
Performing intentional distressing
Disassembling the garment
Reconstructing with pre-cut leather inserts beneath the distressed areas
Completing the final stitching
Due to the high level of manual work involved, the product is manufactured entirely in-house.
Fabric
Front: 100% cotton denim + cowhide leather + mesh lining
Back: 100% cotton denim
Lining: 100% polyester mesh
The pants can be machine washed. Please avoid tumble drying.
After washing, apply leather oil before the leather is fully dry to maintain flexibility and durability. Oil can be applied through the openings in the denim.
ROARS ORIGINAL also offers cleaning and maintenance services upon request.
Protector Compatibility
The pants include pockets for optional knee protectors.
The protectors used are lightweight, breathable mesh types designed for sporting applications.
Customers may select with or without protectors at the time of purchase. Existing protectors from ROARS ORIGINAL products are compatible.
Color Options
Light Blue Denim × Black Leather
Black Denim × Black Leather
The Light Blue version is a reissue of the original model.
The Black version is newly introduced and features black leather beneath black denim, offering a more understated expression of the same concept.
Additional Information
The silhouette and texture at the knees are particularly striking when seated on a motorcycle.
This piece reflects a high level of craftsmanship and concept execution.
