ロアーズオリジナルから「CONVERSION SHIRTS PUNCHING MESH DENIM/コンバーションシャツ パンチングメッシュ デニム」のご紹介です。
また名前が長い！すみません。
こちらのシャツは「CONVERSION（改造）」の文字通り、シャツをジャケットのように改造したデザインです。
インナーからアウターまで幅広く使って頂けます。
今回ご紹介するシャツは真夏に最適なパンチングメッシュの生地を使っています。
パンチングメッシュとは生地に無数の穴を空ける加工です。
パンチングメッシュ加工する事により風をビュンビュン通す、とても涼しい生地になりました。
ちなみに布の生地にパンチングメッシュ加工する方法はまだ世界でも珍しい日本製の加工技術です。
生地の素材はポリエステル100％です。袖口・裾のリブもポリエステルです。
コットンよりも褪色し難く耐久性があります。
とても涼しいので気温20度以下ではお勧めは出来ません。
山などにツーリングに行かれる際は出来ればコンパクトになるアウターを持参頂けると安心です。
あれ？デニムなのにポリエステル？？ここで生地に詳しい方は疑問に思うと思います。
そうなのです。デニムとは本来コットンで出来ており使用するほど味が出る生地です。
よってポリエステルのデニムという生地は存在しないはずです。
という事は・・・
はい、デニムに似せた生地をポリエステルで作りました。
理由はパンチングメッシュ加工です。この加工はポリエステル生地のみ加工が施せます。
名前もフェイクデニムにしようかとも思いましたがこれこそややこしいのでデニムと言わせて頂きます。
ご自宅での洗濯も可能です。乾燥機は避け自然乾燥をお勧めしています。
自然乾燥の場合は生地の縮みはありません。
フェイクデニムなのでデニムのような色落ちはしません。
カラー展開はブラック、ブルーの２色です。
こちらの商品はモータサイクル用プロテクターの装着は出来ませんのでご注意ください。
生地の厚みは薄過ぎないデニムでいうと１２オンス程です。
夏は暑いけどバイクに乗る時ぐらい長袖を着ないといけないなという時にとても便利です。
アウトドアや普段着にも使って頂きたいアイテムです。

This shirt is designed to resemble a jacket.
It can be used in a wide range of situations, from innerwear to outerwear.
This shirt uses a perforated mesh fabric, perfect for the height of summer.
Perforated mesh is a process where countless holes are punched into the fabric.
This perforated mesh process makes the fabric very cool and breathable.
The method of applying perforated mesh to fabric is a rare Japanese processing technique, still uncommon worldwide.
The fabric is 100% polyester. The ribbing at the cuffs and hem is also polyester.
It is more fade-resistant and durable than cotton.
Because it is very cool, it is not recommended for temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius.
When going on a motorcycle tour in the mountains, it is recommended to bring a compact outer layer if possible.
Denim, but polyester? Those familiar with fabrics might wonder about this.
Denim is originally made from cotton and develops a unique character with wear. Therefore, polyester denim fabric shouldn't exist.
So, we've created a denim-like fabric using polyester.
The reason is the perforated mesh processing. This processing can only be done on polyester fabric.
It's machine washable at home. We recommend air drying and avoiding a dryer.
Air drying will not cause shrinkage.
Since it's fake denim, it won't fade like real denim.
AAvailable in two colors: black and blue.
Please note that this product cannot be fitted with motorcycle protectors.
The fabric thickness is not too thin; in denim terms, it's about 12 ounces.
It's very convenient for those hot summer days when you need to wear long sleeves while riding a motorcycle.
