CHEST BAG / チェストバッグ
ロアーズオリジナルから「CHEST BAG(チェストバック)」の御紹介です。
こちらはバックメーカー AMOA さんとのコラボレーション・モデルです。
ロアーズオリジナルバージョンはよりバイクに乗るのに特化した仕様になっています。
特徴的なのは背中でもなく、肩でもなく、胸に装着するバックです。
胸に装着するバックには利点が沢山あります。
まず物が取り出し易いです。バックの向きを変えなくとも物が出し易いのは便利です。
そして暑い時期に最適です。夏はバックが体に密着すると熱いので隙間を作って空気を入
れるのがお勧めです。バイク運転時は前から風を受けるので背中のバックよりチェスト
バックのほうが暑くなり難いです。
さらにチェストバックの特徴を生かして・・・胸部プロテクターを併用出来るようにしま
した。
左右に大きなポケットがあります。フラップポケットとファスナーポケットは別々のポ
ケットです。よって左右合わせて四つの大きなポケットがあります。かなり便利です。
背面に小さなポケットがありますが装着したまま手が届かないポケットなのであまり出し
入れしない物を入れる事をおすすめします。
チェストバックの欠点といえば物を沢山入れ過ぎると不格好になる事です。
何日かロングツーリングに行く時は暑いとは思いますがバックパックがお勧めです。
チェストバックの裏側には胸部プロテクターを装着出来るメッシュのポケットが付いてい
ます。
胸部プロテクターは競技用としても使われているメッシュプロテクターを使っています。
胸用プロテクターはバックとセット販売です。
バックの素材はナイロンです。軽い撥水はしますが防水ではありません。
カラー展開はブラックとカーキです。
チェストバックは胸部についているのでバックパックと違い、目立つと言えば目立ちます 。
あまりバックが目立たないように黒めの格好にブラックのチェストバックを合わせるのもお勧めです。
カーキはあえて目立たせてミリタリー風に着こなしてもカッコイイと思います。
このような新感覚のバック、CHEST BAG（チェストバック）です。
と、新感覚のバックです！なんて言って発売したのは今から 10 年ほど前でして、
今やアウトドア商品などでもチェストバックは主流になりました。
そういう意味ではチェストバックに抵抗のない人も増えたと思うので、
今こそロアーズオリジナルのチェストバックの活躍の時だと感じています（たいぶ遅咲で

Introducing the "CHEST BAG" from ROAR'S ORIGINAL.
What's unique about this bag is that it's worn on the chest, not on the back or shoulders.
Chest-worn bags have many advantages.
First of all, they're easy to access. Being able to easily access items without having to
turn the bag is convenient.
They're also ideal for hot weather. In the summer, bags can get hot when they're tight to
your body, so we recommend leaving gaps to let air in. When riding a motorcycle, you're
exposed to the wind from the front, so a chest bag is less likely to get hot than a bag
worn on your back.
Taking advantage of the chest bag's unique design, we've also made it possible to use a chest protector.
There are large pockets on both sides. The flap pocket and zipper pocket are separate pockets. This means there are four large pockets in total, both sides. It's very convenient.
There is a small pocket on the back, but it's out of reach while the bag is attached, so we recommend using it to store items you don't use often.
The only downside to chest bags is that they can look unsightly if you put too much
stuff in them.
If you're going on a multi-day long trip, I recommend a backpack, even though it will be
hot.
The back of the chest bag has a mesh pocket where you can attach a chest protector.
The chest protector is the same mesh protector that is also used in competitions.
The chest protector and bag are sold as a set.
The bag is made of nylon. It is lightly water-repellent, but not waterproof.
Available in black and khaki.
Since the chest bag is attached to the chest, it can be quite noticeable, unlike a
backpack. We recommend pairing the black chest bag with dark clothing to make the
bag less noticeable.
I think the khaki color also looks cool when worn with a military style, making it stand
out
